IHOP is always yummy! This location is on point! Clean and well managed! The customer service staff is welcoming and professional. The parking lot is shared with a hotel so depending on if the hotel is sold out depends on good parking or not. It’s located just off the 15 freeway in Orem.

I'm giving this two stars simply because I normally have a good experience here. But then today happened and ruined the possibility of me or my fiance ever going back to this location. We tried the online order and pick up for the first time today. We placed our order at 10:30am and was notified that it would be ready by 10:50am. We drove and got there at 10:55 thinking it would be ready by then. Nope. We didn't have our food until 11:25 and the staff was pretty much no help and were rude. Not to mention that when we got home our french toast had no syrup, and they gave us pancakes instead of the hash browns we had ordered. And the food was cold. Not impressed at all with the service we got today which was a huge disappointment considering we've always had a good time there in the past. Hopefully this can be fixed so it won't happen to others.

You know no matter what time of the day I come to IHOP I have a memorable experience. I either have great waiters and waitresses or the foods great. This time it was two for two I had a great waitress who cater to my needs and I had great food. I'm a diabetic so I have to order specialty things and they accommodate. I come back here often

Good food, terrible service. With every waitress I get, i haven’t ever had sufficient service. I wait forever to get the check, they don’t check to see if everything is going okay, they NEVER fill my drinks. I love coming because IHOP is a tradition and the cooks do okay but the service. Like cmon.

Great food overall. They give you your privacy which is nice, and when needed. I don't feel there's much more you could ask for.
